The topic of the 2nd Advanced Summer School was on "Economic Growth and Empirics".

Professor Steven N. Durlauf (University of Wisconsin-Madison) was the Distinguished Guest Professor.

The course was consisted of a series of lectures that survey empirical growth research, with particular focus on the interplay of econometric tools and substantive growth theories.

The lectures of the Summer School was provided an up-to-date coverage of the main theoretical models and econometric methods used in the analysis of economic growth and convergence.
